How Do I Enforce a CCJ - County Court Judgement

Alternatively, we can arrange for your CCJ Judgement to be transferred up to The High Court (CCJ Judgement must be over £600.00) for CCJ Enforcement action. All you need to do is complete the form below by clicking on the link, fill in Part 1, print it out, and send it to us with a copy of your CCJ Judgement, and, a bankers draft or building society cheque for £60.00 made payable to HMCTS,(HMCTS no longer accept personal cheques in payment for transferring up to the High Court). Alternatively, you can BACS transfer the money to our account. Once transferred to The High Court, we will arrange for an Authorised Enforcement Officer to attend your debtors property, Enforce the CCJ, and seize goods to recover your money.
