The course will give you a basic understanding of the work of the Process Server. It is for new entrants into the Process Serving field.

What is A Process Server?
As a Process Server you will undertake the activities of serving Legal Documentation upon people and companies.
As a Process Server you are there to enforce Civil Law, ie: -
The work revolves mainly around the service of documents upon people (Debtors/Defendants/Respondents),and the recovery of goods.
Course content
On the Process Servers Course course we cover the following areas of work: -
Process Serving - the serving personally of legal documents on Debtors, Witnesses and Respondents (in family matters).
Incidental EnquiryTechniques - how to successfully and legally, ask the right questions to get the information you require.
How to repossess vehicles, credit cards, plant, property and goods.

Duration: One day 09.00 until 17.00
Location: Darlington (North East England)
Cost: £200.00 per person, including coffee and lunch
The course is lead by Andy Coates. Andy has worked for over twenty years in the Enforcement and Investigation industry. He is well known throughout the Investigation and Debt Collection Industry. Andy is a member of the Civil Enforcement Association and the Association of British Investigators. He has written, and delivered many courses.
